Clean Up and Removal of Vehicle Debris. When an SPD officer is present at the vehicle location, the Contractor shall coordinate with the officer for clean up and removal of vehicle debris. Unless directed by SPD to not clean up or remove vehicle debris, the Contractor shall remove broken glass or other vehicle debris or parts associated with the vehicle to be impounded. As a courtesy, the Contractor may treat small oil, gasoline, or other fluid spills.

- INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund. No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of his exhibit until after the closing of the Show. 6.
- Graffiti Removal Graffiti is detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the community in that it promotes a perception in the community that the laws protecting public and private property can be disregarded with impunity. This perception fosters a sense of disrespect of the law that results in an increase in crime; degrades the community and leads to urban blight; is detrimental to property values, business opportunities and the enjoyment of life; is inconsistent with the City’s property maintenance goals and aesthetic standards; and results in additional graffiti and in other properties becoming the target of graffiti unless it is quickly removed from public and private property. Graffiti results in visual pollution and is a public nuisance. Graffiti must be abated as quickly as possible to avoid detrimental impacts on the City and County and its residents, and to prevent the further spread of graffiti.
- OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and objective as set forth in Paragraph E or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing regarding OIG’s basis for determining that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix. Indivior shall have 30 days from the date of OIG’s written notice to provide information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities in order to resolve the concerns identified by OIG. If, following OIG’s review of any information provided by Indivior regarding the IRO, OIG determines that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing that Indivior shall be required to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. Indivior must engage a new IRO within 60 days of its receipt of OIG’s written notice. The final determination as to whether or not to require Indivior to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG. APPENDIX B INDEPENDENT REVIEW ORGANIZATION REVIEWS
- Removal of Personal Property All articles of personal property owned by Tenant or installed by Tenant at its expense in the Premises (including business and trade fixtures, furniture and movable partitions) shall be, and remain, the property of Tenant, and shall be removed by Tenant from the Premises, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, on or before the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal.
- Conduct and Removal While performing the Project, Grantee Agents must comply with applicable Contract terms, State and federal rules, regulations, HHSC’s policies, and HHSC’s requests regarding personal and professional conduct; and otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike and professional manner. If HHSC determines in good faith that a particular Grantee Agent is not conducting himself or herself in accordance with the terms of the Contract, HHSC may provide Grantee with notice and documentation regarding its concerns. Upon receipt of such notice, Xxxxxxx must promptly investigate the matter and, at HHSC’s election, take appropriate action that may include removing the Grantee Agent from performing the Project.
- Removal of Property Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant may remove its personal property, trade fixtures, office supplies and office furniture and equipment if (a) such items are readily moveable and are not permanently attached to the Premises; (b) such removal is completed prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease; (c) no Event of Default exists at the time of such removal; and (d) Tenant immediately repairs all damage caused by or resulting from such removal. All other property in the Premises and any Tenant Alterations (including, wall-to-wall carpeting, paneling, wall covering, lighting fixtures and apparatus or Telecommunication Facilities or any other article affixed to the floor, walls, ceiling or any other part of the Premises or Building) shall become the property of Landlord and shall remain upon and be surrendered with the Premises; provided, however, at Landlord’s sole election, Tenant shall be obligated, at its sole cost and expense, to remove all (or such portion as Landlord shall designate) of the Tenant Alterations (including Telecommunication Facilities), repair any damages resulting from such removal and return the Premises to the same condition as existed prior to such Tenant Alterations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Tenant’s submission of its plans and specifications to Landlord for approval of any Tenant Alterations requiring Landlord’s approval is accompanied by a written request that Landlord identify any Tenant Alterations that Landlord may require Tenant to remove upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord shall identify such Tenant Alterations (if any) by a written notice (a “Removal Notice”) to Tenant given at the time of Landlord’s approval of such plans and specifications if, but only if, Tenant’s request for approval of such plans and specifications is submitted with a notice at the top of the page having a heading in at least 12-point type, bold and all capital letters stating “LANDLORD’S APPROVAL MUST IDENTIFY ANY TENANT ALTERATIONS WHICH LANDLORD MAY REQUIRE TENANT TO REMOVE UPON THE EXPIRATION OR EARLIER TERMINATION OF THIS LEASE”, and Tenant shall have no obligation to remove any Tenant Alterations which have not been so identified by Landlord. In all events, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Landlord, Tenant shall be required to remove all wiring and cabling installed in the Building by or at the request of the Tenant. Tenant waives all rights to any payment or compensation for such Tenant Alterations (including Telecommunication Facilities). If Tenant shall fail to remove any of its property from the Premises, Building or Land at the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease or when Landlord has the right of re-entry, Landlord may, at its option, remove and store such property at Tenant’s expense without liability for loss of or damage to such property, such storage to be for the account and at the expense of Tenant. Tenant shall pay all reasonable costs incurred by Landlord within five (5) Business Days after demand for such payment. If Tenant fails to pay the cost of storing any such property, Landlord may, at its option, after it has been stored for a period of twenty (20) Business Days or more, sell or permit to be sold, any or all such property at public or private sale (and Landlord may become a purchaser at such sale), in such manner and at such times and places as Landlord in its sole discretion may deem proper, without notice to Tenant, and Landlord shall apply the proceeds of such sale: first, to the cost and expense of such sale, including reasonable attorney’s fees actually incurred; second, to the payment of the costs or charges for storing any such property; third, to the payment of any other sums of money which may then be or later become due Landlord from Tenant under this Lease; and, fourth, the balance, if any, to Tenant.
- Trash Removal The Licensee shall remove trash from the Cafeteria anytime that waste canisters are full or not less than once after every meal; whichever is greater. Any alteration to this provision must be directed in writing by the Licensing Officer.
- Snow Removal Only the right of way will be plowed in the parking lots. Licensee is responsible for removing snow around his/her own vehicle (without causing damage or inconvenience to any other vehicles lawfully on the Premises).
